We stayed in a balcony room facing the ocean, and having coffee while listening to the waves each morning was the best start to the day. The whole resort was spotless, room service was excellent, and we loved wandering around the grounds. Mouries was a real highlight. We took a cooking class there, which became a core memory, and they made us feel like family. The food tasted so authentic that we ended up eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner there almost every day. There’s plenty to do, several restaurants, and lots of places to relax in the sun. The staff brought so much Greek culture to the experience. I’ve never stayed at a resort quite like Phaea Cretan Malia. I also loved that it’s all inclusive and works well for families. There were lots of children as well as honeymooning couples, so it seems like a great place as a family grows. It’s close to downtown Malia and its party scene too, which could suit a younger group looking for a holiday spot. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had four lovely days at Cretan Malia Park for my husband’s birthday, and the team made it feel truly special. Diana at the beach bar was so attentive and friendly, always seeming to be one step ahead. Maria, who was serving at the bar and restaurant during breakfast, shared my husband’s birthday and surprised us with delicious chocolates. Such a sweet touch. Dimitris at Mouries was fantastic too. Everyone at the front desk was smiling and ready to help with whatever we needed. Thank you to the whole Cretan Malia Park team for the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The stay is one we won’t forget, and we can’t wait to return.

I loved it here. The resort sits in beautiful natural surroundings, and my modern, cute room was right by the beach. The beach itself was amazing, especially for watching the stunning sunset. The food was delicious, with plenty of vegetarian choices as well as à la carte restaurants. It’s a great fit for families, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help with a smile.

The beach was fabulous, though the weather brought big waves, so we didn’t swim much. It’s mostly rocky too, which may not work for everyone. I stayed in a pool-front bungalow, and sometimes the sound of children diving bothered me. The river-pool rules say diving and air mattresses aren’t allowed, but people often ignored them. From the moment we got out of the taxi, a friendly staff member greeted us and offered complimentary lemonade after checking our details. Everything felt well organized and sophisticated. Room service was consistent, and breakfast had lots of variety. My expectations were exceeded, and the stay was exquisite. Highly recommended.
