Zest @ XI Beach

The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and Petros was always around and happy to help. He arranged our airport transfer, which went smoothly. We spent 14 days in an apartment that was just as described, clean and practical, with a small kitchenette and a terrace. Towels and sheets were changed regularly, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

We had a peaceful, relaxing break and would definitely come back. The gardens feel rustic, beautiful and idyllic, surrounded by nature, with two pools and lots of quiet places to unwind. Our traditional room was spacious and spotless, with a large terrace. Pedros and his family did a lot to make our stay enjoyable and were happy to help us plan sightseeing.

The owners are so kind, and they make an awesome Greek breakfast each morning. The apartment was cleaned every day, and if you forget the dishes, she even does them. There are two pools, one open to everyone and one private for the villas. Since the complex is small, the pool never gets too busy, and they even have pool toys. The rooms are nice, each with a balcony or garden. I loved the balcony. The indoor and outdoor furniture looks fairly new and well cared for. Amazing for an apartment!

Our hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was large and well equipped, with one bedroom, a spacious private outdoor sofa area, and a separate table and chairs outside. There was a lovely pool and breakfast was provided. Xi beach and a few nice beach bars were about a five-minute walk away, and there’s a lovely tavern a few minutes from zest. We took a taxi to and from Lixouri one evening. We had a car too, so we made a few day trips to other beaches in that part of the island.
