Arba Rooms

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant, and as a woman travelling alone I felt very safe. The beach is right outside, with a cantina there too; if its hours don't work for you, there's a restaurant next door that you can walk to. It's a great spot if, like me, you'd rather stay away from tourist areas. The place was incredibly affordable. It wasn't luxurious, but it was just right for me. The bed is quite firm, though I'm American and we tend to find all European beds stiff, so take that as you will.

I stayed in the deluxe room at Arba Hotel, so I can't speak for the other room types. The apartment has the basic amenities and the host is very kind. There's a beach just below it, though it's rocky and not ideal for children. The view is stunning. Recommended!

The owner was friendly and helpful, and having a little beach bar right outside was lovely. The beach itself stayed quiet, and I got to watch the sunrise over marothonisi each morning. Washing was included too. The rooms are good, just not the ritz, which feels like a small trade-off for such beautiful accommodation. It's a bit out of the way, so a rental car is essential, especially since Keri is quite a long hike away. Totally worth it.

Our deluxe apartment was beautifully renovated and equipped, and it had everything my family and I needed. The owners are lovely people, and I wish them all the best 💙. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Zakynthos. It's near everything but still quiet enough to enjoy the island in peace. From the large terrace, we watched unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. I walked down to the beach in the morning, looked out at the turtle island, and enjoyed the silence. Those moments will stay with me forever. Even writing this brings tears to my eyes.
