Ionian Stylish Apartment

We stayed at the two Ionian accommodations as two families in mid-August 2025. The location was good, and the new wardrobes didn't smell of mold. Those were the only positives. The owners were nowhere to be seen. There was no welcome, guidance, or communication, and we had to keep asking for clarifications. The cleaner only appeared on our last day and told us to give her the accommodation payment. When we asked to talk to the owner, she handed us her phone. As I described the problems, the owner kept saying we had ended up in a situation, and scolded the cleaner about the cleanliness. Shameful. There was serious damp, and the lack of cleanliness made the place unsuitable to stay in. The cleaner didn't come inside during our five days there. There were no sheets or towels. The electrical appliances were dirty and rickety, so we didn't dare use them. Ants were all over the house. We couldn't leave food out because of them, and couldn't put it in the cupboard because of the mold. Indescribable. The booking was made verbally, with no proof sent to us, and we weren't given a receipt for the amount we paid. This was no value for money. We were so dissatisfied that we recommend avoiding this place, especially if you're traveling with a family.
