Exensian Villas Suites Deluxe Suite With Private Pool

Our group of six, including the grandparents and our family with children aged seven and five, had a lovely week at Exensian Villas and suites. The children were thrilled to have their own pool. The villa was immaculate, and whenever we needed help, it was easy to send a message and get assistance. Many thanks to everyone for such a great stay. Sarah and family

We had a really relaxed stay in late October 2025, and the pool was a welcome way to cool off. The house has a lovely view of an island. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and, once, with the access card, but the housekeeper and team sorted both out quickly and pleasantly, without any fuss.

The villa looks just like the photos, with lots of privacy and a gorgeous view of Turtle Island from almost every window. The neighboring villas are nearby, but you can hardly see anyone there. Inside, it was very clean, with plenty of towels that were changed often. The pool was regularly cleaned and the garbage taken out every day. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, microwave, stove with oven, kettle and toaster. They even replaced the dish sponge and tea towels while we were there. The cats were adorable, especially Roxi, who often joined us on the terrace. Xenofon and Spyros were incredibly kind and helpful, and their attention to detail made us feel well looked after. Contacting them was quick and easy. Xenofon booked a boat trip for us, and they answered all our questions promptly with suggestions for things to see and places to go. Even our late arrival because of a flight delay was no problem. That kind of hospitality is rare. There are a few things within walking distance: a taverna that's closed on Mondays and a café closed on Tuesdays. The pebble beach is a short walk away, a little steep in places but manageable even in flip-flops. Town, shops and restaurants are less than a ten-minute drive. A few small things could be improved: we could have used a second cutting board and a sharp knife. The space by the stairs would work well for groceries if it had a cabinet or shelf. Also, the ground-floor room with one large window facing the driveway needs curtains that cover it completely for privacy. The other rooms were fine.

There were five of us girls staying in one of the villas, and we had a brilliant time. The house was beautiful, and we loved relaxing by the pool with its sea view. Our hosts were so welcoming and helped with everything, including arranging a lovely boat trip. We can't wait to come back. Thanks so much!
