Horrible, do not book! The website photos are false. Self check-in was hard to figure out, and arriving in the dark, the hotel corridors felt hot, dark, and scary. The key wouldn’t work for one room, and there was nobody there to help. We spent 20 minutes calling every service number, with no answer. They refused to refund us for the room we couldn’t use. In the other room, the bed had bed bugs and the second bed was a cot. The area felt unsafe and dark, and we paid $200 a night. Stay away!

The airport shuttle was outstanding, and the hotel reps I dealt with were great. It’s a converted building with a quirky feel, about a 10 minute drive from the airport rather than right nearby. Our suite was clean and huge, with several rooms and enough space to sleep an army. It had a big bed and a separate futon, plus a kitchenette with super hot water, fresh towels, an espresso machine, sink, fridge, utensils, cups, and plates. There’s no front desk, but the lockbox directions and email check-in support worked pretty well. It was a different kind of stay for me, but it worked. Good value for the price, and I’d stay again after a cruise.

We just checked in to this “hotel,” but don’t be fooled by the label, it’s an apartment complex. To get inside, we had to call a number for check-in, basically a concierge based in the UK. Once we got the keys from the lockboxes, we could finally enter the sketchy complex. The “two twin beds” were wheeled cots with cardboard dorm mattresses, and there were black scuff marks and more dirty walls throughout the room. The setup looked like something a divorced dad put together for his first weekend with the kids. The airport shuttle is a taxi service they have deals with, and I don’t know how free breakfast could work when everyone who works here is in the UK. Don’t waste your money. I texted them all of this and they left me on read until they closed. Update 2: all the towels are dirty and smell like pee.

The airport pickup and entry arrangements were excellent. The unit was basic but worked well for our short night before an early flight. The bed was very hard, though; otherwise, it was fine.
