I booked through Agoda, but somehow there wasn’t a link for me to leave a review. The hotel is run by a mother and daughter, and Christina was lovely and attentive. She kept me posted about ferry times and offered to pick me up at the port. I didn’t see her message until I arrived, but that was fine since the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry. It was the first weekend of May, so low season and very quiet. Christina showed me to my room, explained breakfast time for the next morning, then let me settle in. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was comfortable. From the west-facing balcony, I think, I watched a beautiful sunset over the mountains. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly usable, with a hairdryer and standard toiletries. I also appreciated the heavy bathrobe and bedroom slippers. The room had air conditioning that could work as a heater, though it was warm enough that I didn’t need it at night. The modern TV let me connect my YouTube account, and Netflix was available with my own login. Wi-Fi was excellent. Breakfast was a highlight, much more food than I expected, and I left full and happy. Christina also helped arrange a taxi to meet me at Tripiti port, which was essential because there are no taxis there unless you book ahead. A wonderful stay. I only wish I’d stayed longer, and I’d happily come back for a few more days.

You can feel the care as soon as you step into the hall and see the host’s first smile, along with Christina’s handicrafts and jewelry. Love and attention show in every little detail, and everything feels gentle and thoughtful, with so many smiles and kind words. I’ve never stayed somewhere more inspiring, warm, or beautiful. Incredible people in an incredible place. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Nothing could top it, and I plan to spend every next vacation with you!

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and this has been our best vacation so far. Xristina is kind and pleasant, and ready to help or share information about anything you need. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean. The entrance and outdoor seating area were beautifully decorated, and breakfast was delicious.

The hosts were the best part of our 13-night summer stay at Archontiko. They were lovely people, always ready to help, and even made special food for my son because of his allergies. We felt more at home here than anywhere before. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped, and the location was great and quiet. Much respect for the family. Hope to see you again 🥰

The hosts make you feel right at home and are quick to help with any questions. This is our second year staying here, and we’re coming back in September too! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, the hotel is great, and breakfast is always delicious. Definitely recommend!
