January suited me perfectly, with temperatures around 18+ C. On the portico in the sunshine it could reach 22+C, so there was plenty of time to sunbathe. This is a calm, quiet spot with a sea view, one of the best places in the eastern part of Porto Rafti and the wider area. The villa has all the cooking facilities and lots of room, including a medium-sized lemon tree garden. It also works well for remote work and is close to cafes, dining places, and bakeries.

The hosts are kind and helpful, and the place feels welcoming, with clean, modern spaces. You get a wonderful sea view from the terraces and garden. It's a five-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes on foot to nearby shops. I'll choose it every time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Villa Beis was a wonderful place for our family vacation in July. The outdoor area is magnificent, and the villa is very clean and equipped with everything we needed, including baby gear, kitchen equipment, and household appliances. A superb beach between land and sea is just a five-minute walk away, with several other beaches a short drive away. I highly recommend it.

We had a dream vacation in a Greek paradise. The place is spacious and very, very clean, with tasteful decor and magnificent exhibitions. The location is superb and close to the sea.
