For the price, this is a fantastic hotel. We spent 10 nights there in September with breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool and amenities are great, and being right next to the beach with sunbeds was perfect. There was fresh fruit every morning and plenty of other breakfast choices. We also had lunch there, which was fantastic. The hotel makes a good base for seeing the rest of the island, whether or not that’s your plan. We rented a car, but there are plenty of buses around too. The staff were amazing and always happy to help, and the owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. I can’t see why it has only three stars. Highly recommend it.

We got a good price, and things have been good so far. The service is really friendly and helpful, and each day we’ve had a different choice of tasty local food. The bus stop is nearby and the fare is cheap. Kos is lovely, though quite touristy. The beach is clean, and a traffic-free path along the house leads to a snack bar. The pool is a decent size, clean and warm, with a great mountain view.

We had a lovely vacation here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were cleaned nicely. The hotel and garden have a wonderful energy. We’ll come back. Josef and Romana.

We spent two weeks here, and it felt like home. The atmosphere was just right, the food was great, and the staff were amazing. It’s run by a lovely family and sits right on a sandy beach. Couldn’t ask for more.

It’s a very windy spot beside the beach, with a beautiful green garden that feels like an oasis. The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly. The beds were much too hard for me and uncomfortable for my back, though. Still, I’d recommend it.
