We had a spotless, comfortable villa with plenty of space for the four adults in our group, two couples. Afternoons by the pool, the short five-minute walk to the beach, and singing in the jacuzzi at sunset made for a really fun stay at Seabreeze. Elena also deserves a big thank you: when I realized I'd left an AirPod behind, she sent it all the way back to the UK. We'd love to come back and would highly recommend staying here.

Andrea arranged an early check-in for us and was helpful throughout the stay. She lives just around the corner, so was nearby if we needed anything. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the airport and within easy reach of the beach, bars, and restaurants. It would suit a family or two couples, and we'd recommend it.

Andrea and Elena were excellent hosts. They sorted airport transfers, helped arrange a rental car toward the end of our stay, and shared lots of useful recommendations. The villa had a decent-sized pool and was an easy walk from Mastichari's beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a lovely time and were sorry to leave.

We came back after a fantastic holiday last year, and were so glad we did. The villa is amazing, in a beautiful area, and Andrea and Elena take care of everything and really go out of their way to help you have a great time. It's our favourite place.

The sunsets were stunning, and the beach and ocean were an easy walk away, as were all the restaurants. Sebreeze Villa is a beautiful property in a very quiet, pleasant spot. It was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, and the pool was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much and would happily visit again. Highly recommended.
