Getting to the hotel from Heraklion was awkward because the bus connections were poor, and our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. From the start, we didn’t feel welcome. Manager Maria was unpleasant to deal with every time, by email, on the phone, and at check-in. She came across as rude and unfriendly, and it seemed to me like she didn’t enjoy working in hospitality. Although the website advertises renovated rooms, we were put in an old room. The bathroom was so small there was barely room to move in the shower. Breakfast was basic and repetitive, so I skipped it most days. The stay was disappointing from beginning to end, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy their holiday.

The superior room has plenty of space, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, and there’s a nice swimming pool. I’d recommend the hotel. Greetings from Belgium, Peter Van Oost 🇧🇪

We spent most of our days by the pool, where Alex was just the barman we could have hoped for. Anna Maria at reception was always kind and friendly, and Madalin greeted us warmly every morning at breakfast, which had lots of choice. Everyone was great, and my wife and I came away with wonderful memories of our week. It was fabulous, and we want to return next year. Mary, thank you for a great time! Love, Sander and Bibi.

There are lots of lemons, oranges, and cats in the hotel yard, and the place is very close to town. We spent seven days at Elea Terra and were delighted with the vacation. Everything was very clean, the food was really good, and the staff were kind and friendly. The pool was clean, with plenty of loungers, and Alex at the bar was lovely and kept the energy up. We’ll definitely come back.

We loved our seven days at Elea Terra and will definitely return. It’s close to town, and the pool was spotless with lots of sun loungers. Alex at the bar was amazing and kept the atmosphere fun. The food was delicious, the hotel was very clean, and everyone on staff was kind and friendly. Thank you! 😊🔝
