The place was poorly maintained and old, and the staff’s attitude was terrible. It felt like they have no idea how to work in modern tourism. Yes, it was accessible, but it was also smelly, full of insects, and seemed stuck in another decade.

We loved waking up to the ocean outside our window. The room was big and clean, the location was amazing, and the people were lovely. A really good choice for a relaxing vacation!

For a simple, peaceful stay right by the sea, surrounded by a lush garden, this complex is a great fit. The owners were very kind and helpful. Our room was plain but spacious, clean, and freshly painted, and there was hot water any time we needed it. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you for having us!

The booking was made at the last minute, and with few places available it was a “makeshift solution” because the sea really is next door. After that, things only got worse. The rooms looked like they hadn’t been renovated since 1800 and were dirty. We found cigarette butts in the ashtray and hair in the shower. The owner AGENESTATI asked for cash to avoid VAT. The bed was barely a semi-double, and my husband and I couldn’t fit. There was no proper air conditioning, just an ancient unit that smelled and seemed not to have been cleaned since it was installed. And before you say you can’t find me among your customers, the reservation, damn the time, was in my husband’s name. Update to your answer: If the bill was fake, my dear, did I make up all those details? Be more consistent and legal in your obligations and accommodation, then charge €90 a night without giving a receipt.
