The owners made our two birthdays feel extra special with homemade cakes, and we’d happily come back. We spent a lovely week here with my mother, my sister, my family, five adults and four children aged up to six. There was plenty of room, with five spacious bedrooms and five full bathrooms, so everyone had privacy. The villa has a large living area, open kitchen, air conditioning, laundry, and terraces that get sun throughout the day. Outside, the enclosed garden has a play area, ping-pong table, fitness area, and a great outdoor kitchen. The pool is lovely, and younger children have a little pool of their own. The facilities are luxurious and well cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

A great base for exploring Crete, or a place to settle in for a quiet week. The hosts were wonderful and easy to reach at any hour. They came by around 6 each morning to clean the pool, and when we ran into them while out and about, they always greeted us with a warm smile. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, nearly all with en-suite bathrooms. Each has a small balcony with a lovely view of the hills, as well as air conditioning and a TV. Ideal accommodation for a family.

The building is beautiful, clean, and fairly comfortable, with an amazing view. I just couldn't properly relax because the church bells rang for much of the day and dogs in the Melidoni area kept barking. I didn't really like that.

We spent 10 days in this lovely villa and fell for the peaceful, charming village. Great location, lovely hosts, and a beautiful place to stay. There's a great little cafe nearby. I'd stay again.

We arrived quite late, but the owners had already cooked us a delicious local pasta dish. Such a lovely welcome.
