After nearly five hours of trying to find the owner, he called me back at midnight with an excuse but no solution. He cancelled our booking and told us to find somewhere else at 00:00 in a small village in the middle of nowhere. I'd booked and paid through booking, but the owner never contacted me with any details. I had to search for him for 4-5 hours while I was out of the hotel, and I also had to work out the exact location because booking only gave the village name. I tried to get help from booking, but they couldn't reach the owner either, so they couldn't support me. No one deserves to be treated like that on vacation. The worst experience I've ever had.

Our new apartment was big, with a spacious patio off the living room and a fantastic sea view. There's a large swimming pool too. Watch out for big ants if you eat outside. The residence sits on top of a hill, and the route there is hard to find. A sign would help, since Google Maps sent us to the next hill.

The houses have everything you need, and they’re clean and cozy. The views are breathtaking and the pool is great. The location is good, but finding the way to the houses is a bit tricky the first time. You'll need a car, since you can't walk to the nearest beach.

They cancelled our booking, charged the full amount to our credit card, and refused to refund it. It caused us a lot of stress. They took €770 from us, and we eventually got the money back through Visa.

We arrived at 8:45 pm to check in after booking on the website that afternoon and receiving a confirmation email, but nobody was there. We waited half an hour, and no one answered the landline. We had to track down the owner and contact them through Facebook and other channels, then book another hotel at 10 pm. They wasted our time. The location is also very bad, on a steep hill with nothing around.
