Villa Popi

We’ll definitely come back. Villa Popi was just perfect: the place was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The house has an authentic feel and lovely decor, with lots of cute shared outdoor spaces and room for cars. The staff were extremely friendly, even though their English was about as good as my Greek. The hours were flexible, too.

The building is charming, full of little details, and the staff were very friendly. These are lovely budget rooms, clean throughout and very close to the beach and thermal waters. There’s an eggy, sulfur smell around the location, but it wasn’t too bad and we got used to it. We had a really lovely time.

The rooms were small but cozy, with everything we needed, and the air conditioner worked well. The garden was beautiful and full of color. It’s a sweet, pretty place near the center, with a peaceful setting and everything close by, including the beach. The staff looked after us warmly even though we didn’t share a language. And the four cats were absolute cuties, so funny, too.

Fotis and Anna are awesome hosts. The place is very close to the beach and the souvlaki restaurant, and we usually went to eat at the Babis Tavern. Our family had the best possible accommodation in Methana. The rooms were clean and had a TV, refrigerator, mini oven, and air conditioning. We also loved the art decor and the beautiful garden, the best spot for a morning cup of coffee 😍
