Porto Bello Hotel Apartments

It’s hard to fit my wonderful holiday at PortoBello into a sentence. Ioanna and Paris are lovely owners who truly care about their guests. Paris made sure there was fruit by the pool each day, bringing grapes and nectarines, along with delicious cookies baked to order. Ioanna baked fresh bread every morning and made sure everyone had something they liked. I have serious health problems and usually avoid bread, but Ioanna’s bread, made from her own recipe, was delicious and didn’t cause me any trouble. I’ve also been struggling with excess weight for years, and with Ioana and Paris, I managed to lose 4 kilos through breakfast, fruit, and being able to swim in the pool all day. My husband and I are going back next year.

In June 22, we stayed at this wonderful hotel, and leaving was so emotional that both of us cried. Ioanna & Paris are an incredible couple, and it felt as if a family was waiting for us. We know we’ll cry with happiness when we see Ionna & Paris again, and we’ll be back as soon as we can. I’ve seen a lot of the world and stayed in many hotels because of my job, but this place was a diamond, a flower awakening, a paradise. There aren’t words for how much we loved it.

I loved staying here, and it made for a perfect, positive holiday. The owners are really lovely. Breakfast came with fresh-baked bread, homemade jam, and honey, and the cleaning lady did a great job too.

For a small hotel, this is perfect, and it’s really at least a three-star place. The service was excellent, breakfast was good, and the heated seawater pool was lovely.
