The apartment was comfortable and warm, and Mr. Dimitrios took good care of us. I’m grateful to the Captain for renting it to us. My family spent two nights at Manolis’s apartments, set within an ancient Byzantine fortress village that’s still lived in. The rugged cliffs fall straight into the ocean, while a short walk into the village brings you to one of the most beautiful Taverna in Greece, a lively local church, and gift shops. Mylopotamous is a hiker’s paradise, with trails of all grades through ruins and wilderness to pristine beaches, ancient farms, cliff hermitages, and churches. We also saw wild goats scrambling up cliffs and running down vertical stone walls into the ravine. I truly love this place.

The owners were really nice and helpful. Staying beside an old Byzantine castle made for an authentic experience on a beautiful island. I highly recommend this place.

The Byzantine castle and churches right nearby were fascinating. Our four-night stay felt much too short, and Manolis made us feel so welcome. The place was peaceful, with beautiful views, and everything we needed was provided. It was all really clean, including a great shower, and Manolis was helpful and easy to reach. We loved every minute.

The view is awesome, and the room comes fully equipped. Milopotamos is a really cool village, with the path to the waterfalls starting there. It's definitely a peaceful spot, so don't hesitate to book.
