Creta Sun Mochlos

The service was great and the price was right. We'll be back.

Efi and her Swiss partner made us feel welcome from the start. We got in late because our flight was delayed, so there wasn't time to go out for food. Efi quickly put together delicious dakos with cheese and olives from her parents, plus their own excellent olive oil. The place is a charming little property just above Mochlos, with practical furnishings and everything we needed to be comfortable. It was very clean, too. I have a mobility impairment and had asked in advance for a ground-floor room. They even put small ramps over two steps, which was such a thoughtful surprise. We felt at home and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Efi and Christof were such warm hosts, and they kept surprising us with thoughtful little touches. Their property is beautifully set just outside Mocholos. We'd happily stay with them again if we return to Crete.

The garden is kept lovely and is a peaceful place to sit and unwind. The rooms were clean and had every comfort, with stunning views, especially from the upstairs apartments in the evening. The owner kindly welcomed us even though it was nearly midnight. Since we still needed dinner, they called a friend at the nearby restaurant Karpouzi, which Google showed as closed, and arranged for us to eat there. Everyone was so friendly. I'd definitely recommend this place.
