Kariá Holiday Home

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from a beach that worked really well for small children. It’s very quiet, with few people around and mostly locals, and the water temperature was ideal for little ones. There’s a small tavern on the beach and a little port at its southern end. You can park there, which helps if you’re carrying a lot from the apartment. Bring an umbrella or beach tent, and a deckchair if you want to sit farther from the tavern. Despite what some earlier reviews said, this beach wasn’t any more littered than the others on the island. People here leave each other alone. The little house itself was very clean and nice, with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven and a bathroom with a shower. The owners are a very nice couple. Thank you for your kindness.
