Maria made us feel welcome, and the room on the castle side had a great view. It was clean and had air conditioning, which costs extra, but that seemed fair. The village is a bit further away, though Maria can call a taxi or you can arrange one yourself. We learned a little about the people of Lesbos, and found the village beautiful, with friendly people for the most part. Prices felt much like back home, but still affordable for a holiday.

We had a comfortable stay at Eleas house. It’s set in a garden surrounded by olive trees, and our room was clean. Maria was so kind and lovely to us. I’d definitely suggest staying here.

We keep coming back here and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped, with some having balconies at both the front and back. Maria is always around and glad to help. If you visit during fig season in August or September, you might get a lovely surprise. The harbor is about a 20-minute walk, depending on the route.

They told us after we booked online that air conditioning would cost an extra 10€ a day. That’s insane in the Greek summer, when the heat can make it impossible to sleep without it. I’ve never run into this in my 10 years living in Greece. Avoid at all cost!

It’s peaceful here despite being close to Eftalou beach and the center of Molyvos. The rooms were tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!
