Konstantinos was quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. But on arrival, we found the hygiene so poor that we left and asked AirBnb for advice because we were concerned about health and safety. The sheets and pillows were dirty, the towels had bad stains and didn't seem properly washed, there was water on the bathroom floor, and the room smelled strongly of mould and felt dull. The AC wasn't working properly, and the glasses were visibly dirty and used. The price also seemed unreasonable for what it was. The location was described incorrectly, and the photos didn't reflect the room's actual condition. I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner went out of their way for us when we arrived late at night in the rain, and Casa Bella turned out even better than we expected. It's in a great spot in Monemvasia, with especially beautiful views early in the morning. One of the coolest places we've stayed. I hope we get to return.

The owner met us at the gate and showed us to the cozy room. It had AC and was close to Monemvasia's main street, so we had a great stay. The one issue was sand falling off the bathroom walls, which could use some fixing.
