This was our third visit, and for some reason my earlier reviews never appeared. We arrived as travelers and left as friends. The host was excellent, the views were lovely, everything was clean, and the price was very good. Thank you again!

Dmitris has been incredibly responsive, handling every request with kindness and grace. The service is five stars. From the third floor, the sea view is so magnificent I’ve spent hours outside working and looking at it. The apartment feels more like a cabin, so go in with realistic expectations: it isn’t a hotel or a fancy apartment with a full kitchen. The price is fair, and the beauty and service make it a place I can really enjoy.

We had a great time at the green apartments and would happily return. The rooms were clean, comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed. The hospitality was even better than we expected. Highly recommend it.

We spent three nights here as a family with our dog, in a one-bedroom apartment. It was spotless and had WiFi, ceiling speakers, a TV, air conditioning, and a clothes dryer on the balcony. Parking on the property is limited, though there’s roadside parking around the corner. It’s a very quiet spot, about a five-minute drive to the road crossing to Monemvasia and a seven-minute walk to Gefyra’s main street and shops.

Monemvasia’s old town is incredible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice design, and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s a six-minute walk to the supermarket and seven minutes to the seaside and restaurants.
