Laconia Domus - Plytra

When we arrived, the room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, even though they had confirmed on the phone that it was clean. We contacted the company managing it, and the cleaning lady came, but she was extremely rude. After she cleaned it again, the room was still supposedly very dirty. We reached out to management once more, and the only option they offered was to have her come back the next day. We couldn’t stay in those hygienic conditions, so we left and asked for a refund. They refused and told us to contact booking. The service and hygiene were unacceptable. The bed is a semi-double, and the air conditioning and WiFi don’t work.
