The owner's a lovely woman. She welcomed us with a smile and useful information, even though we were tired travelers. It's a quiet beachfront inn, with charming rooms from moderate size to family apartments. Most have balconies or decks with beautiful sea views. Prices are good, and it's a 5-20 minute walk to restaurants and the main attractions. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, with plenty of nearby activities for anyone looking for adventure. We'd gladly return and highly recommend Villa Doamanti when visiting Monemvasia.

We booked a room in March for August. Then in July, we were told there was no room available, but offered one at another hotel. With only 15 days' notice and no other hotels available, we couldn't refuse. The new place was awful and completely empty, like they were using an old hotel nobody wanted. Booking told me that sending guests elsewhere is apparently common at Villa Diamanti. I wouldn't recommend it and will never stay there again.

You can hear the sea at night, which was the best part for me. Villa Diamanti is in the village of Gefyra, two minutes by car or ten on foot from Monemvasia. From the rooms, you get a breathtaking look at the rock of Monemvasia and the port beside the bridge. There's private parking, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are a little old and could be improved.

We had a nice stay at a reasonable price. The sea view is great, there's private parking, and the center is very close. The place is clean and tidy, but the old furniture and doors give it an 80s feel. It needs an update to meet modern standards.

The rooms were decent, clean, and a little dated. Having the sea right in the garden was great, and Monemvasia is very close. It's a must to visit.
