I’m writing this because reviews I’ve seen on some websites make me wonder if there are two Dina’s rooms or two Messongis, or if something just isn’t true. I stayed at the property in the second week of September 2018, on holiday with my boyfriend. The building is run down, with only the side facing the street partly maintained. Sanitary conditions were terrible. There were mouse droppings on the closet floor, beside the blanket wrapped in a bag, so we slept with beach towels instead. The room was never cleaned, and we got one hand towel each for a whole week. We had to go out to the shared garden to get Wi-Fi. They said the room would have a TV, but there was only a TV stand. The kitchen was dated and dirty, as were the bathroom, fixtures, and walls. They didn’t ask for our documents, so we weren’t registered, but still charged us tourist tax above the price agreed through the online booking. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this property.
