The gardens were beautifully cared for and made it easy to unwind, and I found the hotel very good value for money. My room was clean, comfortable and had the essentials for a pleasant stay. There was a fantastic choice of tasty food, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive. I had a great time and would stay again.

The hotel sits right on the beach, though it’s some distance from the Old Town and even farther from the Airport. There’s a fairly regular, affordable public bus from outside the hotel to the Old Town, while a taxi from the Airport costs around 50 Euro. The hotel is a little old, although some areas, including the rooms, have been updated. The rooms are well equipped apart from the rather small shower, and the Bungalow's are better suited to family groups. There are 3 pools, a water slide, kids activity room, gym and spa service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good with enough variety, and there’s live entertainment every night. You won’t go hungry or thirsty. For an all-inclusive stay, it’s good value and does a very good job.

The hotel is huge, so there’s no shortage of things or pools to choose from, and everything we saw around the pools was very clean. Being right beside the beach was a big plus, though it’s rocky, so beach shoes help. The hotel sells them in its many shops. Staff throughout were warm and cheerful, which made a real difference. We were celebrating a special occasion, and Maria arranged a lovely upgrade to a family room for us. Some of our group stayed in the older section. Those rooms could use an update, but they were exceptionally clean and well presented. We also enjoyed the food, which seemed to be available almost 24/7. On our first night we arrived at midnight and still got a full dinner in the restaurant. It was a great stay, and I recommend the hotel.

We booked a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos through the hotel and swam in the clearest water I’ve ever seen. We also arranged a bus ride to Corfu Town and a day at the water park there. Being able to book excursions on site was really convenient, and the mini-market had everything we needed. The place is very clean and has lots to do. Food was a good range, with pizza, pasta and crepes available most of the day. Our room was basic, but the beds were comfortable and everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was mixed, some nights great and others less so, about what you’d expect abroad. There’s also a small amusement area for kids, at extra cost. Sitting outside by the beach one night, my partner got bitten badly by mosquitoes, so bring repellent. We went in mid-September and it was still hot every day, around 28-30°C. I’d definitely recommend it.
