The staff were fabulous, the food delicious, and the resort clean, comfortable, and well staffed. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked properly, and the amenities were great. But a few problems kept me from giving five stars. The WiFi was almost useless, usually not working and painfully slow when it did. The gym had plenty of space but very little equipment, and no elliptical. Dining was confusing too: reservations seemed necessary for no clear reason, while at other times it turned into a madhouse. There were a few other minor issues. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Fix those things and I’d give it six.
