Anais Anais Mykonos

The hotel is between Chora and the airport. You can walk either way if you want, and it's no more than 25 minutes.

The host really makes you feel at home. She was so helpful and shared lots of information about the island and nearby amenities. Our room had air conditioning, a great shower, and comfortable beds. It's a fantastic hotel on the outskirts of Mykonos Town, around a 20min walk into town, though the local bus makes it easy to get there too. If you're on a budget and don't mind the walk to the centre, it's a great fit for couples.

The rooms are large, with spacious modern bathrooms, and we had no trouble with hot water or the wifi during our stay. Housekeeping was quick and kept things tidy. The hotel has gorgeous interiors and a relaxed feel away from the city's bustle. It is walkable from town and also near the southern beaches, so you get a bit of everything. The distance from the city might put some people off, but staying here gave us a taste of local Mykonos life. Ms Morietta and her husband, who manage the place, are probably the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful couple. Their recommendations, kindness, and laughter made our trip unforgettable. For a smaller budget and an authentic Mykonos experience, Anais Anais Hotel is the only place I'd stay if I came back.

We had everything we needed to cook in the room, including a hot plate and a good-sized fridge. While we were out, they even arranged affordable same-day laundry for us. Marietta gave us a fantastic introduction to Mykonos, and following her itinerary made our trip so much better. It felt like home in this genuinely warm, family-run hotel. Highly recommend.
