The sunset views were breathtaking, probably among the best places in Mykonos to watch the sun go down. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and breakfast had fresh pastries plus plenty of gourmet choices. From the port pickup, with cold towels and refreshments in the car, right through to our departure, every staff member made us feel cared for. The service was outstanding. I left relaxed and rejuvenated, and can't recommend this place enough. Can't wait to return!

My wife said, "Bill and Coo has more personality," and I agree. We were lucky to stay at both Santa Marina and Bill and Coo on this trip, in a honeymoon suite at B&C and an ocean-view suite at Santa Marina. Both resorts were top tier, but if I had to choose one, Bill and Coo gets the edge :) The service was 11/10, next level without being stuffy or disingenuous. Whoever trains the team has a special touch I can't describe well enough. Food was 10/10. We missed breakfast on the first day by mistake, but lunch was excellent. Drinks were 10/10, and the 24/7 bar is a nice option. The room was 9.5/10. They showed it to us and asked what we thought. I usually appreciate an upgrade, but this room already felt ideal, so I didn't feel the need to push for one. The design was more subtle than Santa Marina's and the view was arguably better. The hot tub was on point, though the bed wasn't as comfortable as at Santa Marina, even if it was still excellent. Only suggestion: offer steamers instead of irons. More to come …

The team were dedicated and professional, and they promptly took care of every request and suggestion. Do take the concierge team's recommendations. The hotel is within walking distance of Mykonos center, and there's a free shuttle to its sister property with a great beach. We had a great experience from booking through departure.
