Our flights were cancelled by the airline, and we told them ahead of time that we physically couldn’t get a flight to Mykonos. They wouldn’t cooperate or refund us. They said we could exchange, but when we followed up later, we got complete silence and our emails were ignored. Disgusting way to treat guests after taking their money. Avoid at all costs.

Our first stay in Mykonos was perfect. We loved the rooms and being so close to the shops and town, and the beach was only a 15-minute walk away. The staff at Eleanna’s were incredible and made us feel so welcome. Had such a great time!

We felt so welcome and would love to return. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate in a stunning house. The location is charming and makes it easy to reach all the town’s services. The price was very competitive, and we’ve already recommended it to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was big and spacious, and they cleaned every day. Super location. Can recommend anytime.

Eleanna's is a lovely hotel with clean rooms and lovely staff. Right in the centre of Mykonos old town, it’s about 10 minutes from the windmills, and close to plenty of superb restaurants and bars, as well as the harbour and port. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
