I had a good stay thanks in part to Ileana, who was consistently kind, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was good too, and Cristos was especially attentive. The location, cleanliness, and facilities were all good. One receptionist came across negatively, and I was surprised to see bar staff smoking beside the bar. A positive experience, though there are things that could be improved.

Iliana was the bright spot for me: the receptionist was polite, composed, and professional, and her manner helped offset a disappointing stay. The rest of the staff seemed to be working hard, but the manager's conduct affected my experience a lot. He came across as manipulative and unprofessional, and made the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable.

We were so glad we chose this place. The complimentary buffet breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, and the coffee was spectacular. The place itself is beautiful, and the staff were top notch. The receptionist was funny and showed us around, while Ani, who served the pool area, was genuinely kind.

The staff at Ftelia Bay Boutique Hotel made a difficult personal time feel a little easier. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and sweet, and treated me like a person rather than just another guest. From the welcome drinks to the short tour when I arrived, their care felt personal in every detail. The hotel is beautiful too, especially the bar and pool area, which is lovely for relaxing. I don't often write reviews, but I felt moved to share this. 100000% recommend, you'll be in good hands. ❤️
