Grace Mykonos

Breakfast was enjoyable, and the breakfast staff were kind and welcoming. We also liked relaxing by the pool, where food and drinks were available through the day. The nonstop playlist, though, was repetitive and overly sentimental, with an Americanized feel that wore on us. The room was clean and had a nice ocean view, but it was small and underwhelming. Being next to three “staff only” doors meant noisy mornings, with cleaning equipment rattling, footsteps, and doors slamming. Sleeping well was nearly impossible, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. We were finishing a 12-day island-hopping honeymoon in Greece and came to Mykonos with high expectations after wonderful hospitality at our earlier stays. Grace Hotel's staff were generally friendly and accommodating when we asked, but they didn't show the same warmth or attentiveness, offer local suggestions, or add thoughtful touches that reflected the culture. Our travel agent had told the hotel about our honeymoon, and we were told an early check-in had been arranged. When we arrived at 1:30 PM, staff didn't know about the occasion or arrangement. They said the room wouldn't be ready until 3 PM, which was understandable. We were offered welcome drinks by the pool while waiting, a nice gesture, but still had no update at 3:30. My husband followed up and was told, “We couldn’t find you,” which felt disorganized and unprofessional. No one acknowledged our honeymoon during the stay. The hotel's secluded location may suit some, but standard taxi rides into town cost 40 euros each way. We felt isolated, especially since we didn't want to spend all day at the hotel. Our needs were met, but the stay felt impersonal and lacked the considerate details that made our earlier stops memorable. If we'd known what to expect, we'd likely have chosen another hotel for the end of our honeymoon.

We loved the beach right across the street, and breakfast upstairs was delicious with a lovely view. The hotel looks out over the bay, with especially beautiful views of cruise ships moving through the new port. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. There's a bus stop around the corner with hourly service to the Old Port in Mykonos, so we didn't need to drive or think about parking. We hope to return someday!

Konstantinos and his team gave us a wonderful stay at the Grace, with top-notch service throughout. When my parents reached the airport and realized they'd left their passports in the safe, the staff secured them and rushed them over so they wouldn't miss their flight. I'd recommend the hotel without reservation.

Even with the winds sweeping across the island, Grace Hotel Mykonos felt like a warm refuge. Every interaction, from valet and reception to housekeeping and dining, showed professionalism and genuine care. The general manager and the whole team made sure we felt comfortable and valued from arrival to departure. That consistency is rare. Grace Hotel Mykonos offers luxury rooms along with a heartfelt commitment to service, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Mykonos.
