Panormos Bay Suites

From the warm, helpful staff to the delicious food with plenty of choices, everything made our stay feel special. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. A perfect hotel, and one I’d happily recommend.

We really enjoyed this quiet complex. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant, was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could be a bit larger, and breakfast was fine but could offer more choice. They made the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had, so thanks to the chef! They also took care of our gluten-free needs. I recommend staying here.

The Italian restaurant on site was a real highlight. The pasta was divine, the seafood memorable, and even the focaccia was fantastic. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with the chefs’ skill and passion clear in each one. Breakfast was another daily treat, from perfectly cooked eggs to homemade pastries and fresh fruit. Everything tasted fresh and looked lovely. The staff were warm and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. Our room was elegant, spacious, and spotless, with modern touches that still felt Mykonian. Waking up to the panoramic view was a dream. Panormos Bay Suites sits in a peaceful part of Mykonos, yet it’s only a short drive from Mykonos Town and the island’s busy spots. A wonderful balance of quiet and access. I’d recommend it for a luxurious stay with great food.

The way our arrival was handled left me furious. We had clearly told them we were coming for our honeymoon, and the receptionist had been lovely and helpful before the trip. At the hotel, they took payment and had us wait several hours before the manager finally said they’d known since the previous day that our room wasn’t available. I later found many other online accounts of the same thing, and it had happened to us too. I can’t think of a good reason to choose this place, and if negative ratings were possible, I’d give one. The rooms seemed okay, though not worth the price. We ended up at a much cheaper hotel with better facilities and better rooms, even if they were smaller. The location was nothing special either, with better ocean views elsewhere. I’d rather not get into the service; it took me hours to calm down.
