Breakfast was one of the weaker parts of our week at Arcs Suites and Residences. One morning it was forgotten because nobody had told us we needed to order the same breakfast each day. There was very little choice and it was identical every morning, which might suit a two- or three-night stay but not a longer holiday. The woman serving breakfast was exceptionally kind and friendly, though the rest of the staff were not. Communication was poor, and we had to ask about every detail ourselves. We were first put in room 101A. At a glance, the two-bathroom room seemed fairly new and clean, but closer inspection showed mold covering the ceiling of one bathroom. In the other, the shower head fell off when I tried to use it. We reported this right away and asked to move, but were told no other rooms were available, so we waited until the next day. The replacement room was noticeably smaller, but at least its ceiling had no mold. Staff blamed the mold on the island’s humidity, which doesn’t seem right to me because the island is actually quite dry. The lack of ventilation and windows in the rooms seems to be the real issue. Even more concerning, new guests were put in the moldy room the same day we left it, and the mold hadn’t been cleaned away. The reception hours also seemed unusual and inconsistent. It was supposedly open again after 7 p.m. and until 2 p.m. during the day, but the schedule felt arbitrary and unreliable. Apart from all that, the stay was relatively fine. The place looks nice on the surface, but the maintenance, hygiene, and communication problems make it hard to recommend for more than a short visit.

The private pool was quiet and intimate, and we loved breakfast delivered right to the villa, followed by sunset views from the pool in the evening. The location is scenic and peaceful, with the option to walk or hike into the city center if you’re up for it. At Arcs Boutique Villa Hotel, Suada welcomed us warmly and made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. She was attentive, friendly, and full of useful information. The villa was beautiful, with an outdoor lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and its own pool. Fresh towels and robes were replenished every day, and the place was tidied before we got back each evening. The staff were quick to bring ice, arrange transfers, and help with whatever we needed, and they shared useful recommendations for nearby places. I left wishing we could have stayed longer, and definitely plan to return. It was a lovely mix of comfort, luxury, and hospitality.

My friends and I stayed at arcs suites and residences for 4 nights, and both rooms were great, with gorgeous views of Mykonos and everything we needed. Everyone was kind and really helpful. Getting around the island was easy from this location, and the hotel has its own taxi to take you wherever you need to go. Thanks for making our first time in Mykonos such a great one. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back. ❤️

This family-run place made us feel at home, with such warm people, friendly service, and thoughtful attention to detail. Our stay at Arcs Suites & Residences in Mykonos was amazing. The rooms are spacious, brand new, stylish, and beautifully kept. We couldn’t have been happier, an easy 10/10!
