Manos Rooms

This was our second stay, and we spent a week here. The place is clean and safe, close to everything, and easy to find. The owner is honest and welcoming, with useful advice about car hire, beaches, and more. We recommend it and will be back.

The location was the best part for us: quiet, walkable to the attractions, and close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. With the windows open, you can hear very faint music in the distance, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb us at night and we slept well. The place is old and tired, though clean. Our quadruple room had “character” and could fit the four of us with a couple of extra beds, but it seemed designed for two, with only two towel hooks, seating for two, and very few hangers. Since our stay was short, it was comfortable enough. Housekeeping came daily to make the beds, empty the bins, and restock essentials as needed. They left a couple of small sodas and a beer in the fridge at check-in, which was refreshing, though the beer wasn’t great. The coffee pods were a nice treat. The internet was slow and unreliable, especially when someone watched YouTube. It couldn’t handle several people online at once, and the speed drop was very noticeable.

Emanuel, the host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, with useful advice throughout our stay. I had an amazing time at this Mykonos accommodation last August. Our room for three exceeded expectations, with more space and a lovelier look than we’d expected, plus an incredible view. There were welcome drinks, free coffee, and a coffee machine in the room. The location was hard to beat, just a short walk from good breakfast and dinner places, popular clubs, and the Fabrika bus stop, which made getting to different beaches convenient. Highly recommend!

The host was a highlight, a genuine local who cares about customer service and making sure you have a good experience in Mykonos. I’d recommend staying here and would come back. It’s close to the public bus for airport and port transfers, near the town center, and within walking distance of the popular spots. The rooms were great, clean, and very comfortable.
