My stay at Oikia Suites Mykonos was absolutely terrible. I have photos and am going to public them too. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was actually a basement with no windows, filthy, and had a strong, nauseating mold smell. There was dust everywhere, red stains on the bed, possibly blood, a dead cockroach on the floor, and a disgusting bathroom. I contacted the owner right away and explained that the room was unlivable and that I couldn't stay because of the health hazard. He refused to move me to another room and only said someone would come clean. I said I was leaving immediately and asked for a refund of the €150 I'd sent in advance to hold the room. He said he'd let me know how to refund it, but it's been over 3 weeks and I've received nothing. This goes beyond bad service. It feels dishonest. I strongly advise avoiding this place and booking somewhere professional and safe.

We were a group of four and were very satisfied with our visit to Oikia Suites Mykonos. The location was awesome for all of us, and the host was responsive and quick to help. A positive experience overall, and we'll certainly visit again. Thank you for the experience.

We had a good stay in a modern room, with nice furniture, aircon, a fridge, and Netflix. The location was central but pretty quiet, and picking up the key late caused no problems. There were several small things that could make it more comfortable: no face towels, only bath towels, and no spoons or plates. There was a coffee machine but just 2 pods and one large cup for two people. The cupboards had plenty of space, but there was no little table by the sofa, the bedside tables were tiny, and there was no bin apart from the sanitary one in the bathroom. The bathroom door squeaked really loudly, which can't have been great for the neighbours. I mention these things so they can be fixed and make guests' stays even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay. The room was comfortable and close to everything, and the location was perfect. Communication over WhatsApp was really efficient. Very happy with my stay.
