She Mykonos - The Residency

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, beautifully presented, and had a great range of choices. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with modern, elegant design and stylish furniture that was also comfortable. Everything was so clean, with a fresh, pleasant smell throughout. The staff were warm, polite, and always willing to help. The location worked perfectly, with what you need only a short walk away. I’d gladly return.

The room and hotel looked beautiful, very modern, and breakfast was great. But when we checked in, the Wi-Fi, phone, and TV weren't working. I raised it with reception and felt brushed off. They only took it more seriously after I messaged their number directly, and eventually fixed it. We also had to follow up more than once for basic things like room cleaning and pool towels, and those took much longer than expected. For a place in Mykonos old town at this price, the service let me down. The stay was pretty average, and I think cheaper places could offer much better customer service.

We had unforgettable days in Mykonos with the family and would happily stay here again. The hotel is comfortable and sophisticated, with lovely facilities and excellent service for a boutique hotel. Stella, the customer service representative, kindly sorted out an issue I had without any trouble. It’s close to the popular and interesting spots in Mykonos Town, and the bay view is excellent. We loved the rooftop area and spent an evening up there with drinks. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. The service stayed friendly and attentive throughout. The location made it easy to get to the port, Little Venice, and fabrika for buses, all just a short walk away.
