I only came to visit a friend for a day, but the trip became two days. I was lucky to meet Voula and stay at her place. She's so sweet and kind, always smiling. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and parking felt safe. I heard planes now and then, but that minor issue didn't bother me much. I'll definitely choose Unique Apartments again! ❤️

The rooms were bright, very clean, and comfortable, and the main city is close enough. Without a rental vehicle, though, getting around can be hard from here. We stayed in May, before the full bus schedule had started, so buses came infrequently. Walking into town takes about 20 minutes, which is manageable, but the route follows a major road with no sidewalk. We also got some negative reactions when we took taxis, even though that was our only way to get around since we hadn't rented anything. The rooms themselves were great, but transport is a challenge if you don't have your own vehicle.

We arrived today at 2 pm to find reception closed. After looking around, we found a cleaner who showed us to our room, but there was no power. We were told the power goes out all the time. It came back on, but the air conditioning still didn't work and reception was still empty. It was a stinking hot day, and there was nobody there to help, so we had to sit in a sweltering room on our own. NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I've travelled a lot, and this has been the worst experience so far.

Out of all the islands we've visited, this was the best place we stayed. The rooms were spotless and the owner was amazing. If you're visiting Mykonos, Unique Apartments is the place to stay. Thanks, Voula.
