For what we paid, I expected more. This room should cost 70€ a night at most. It also wasn’t a convenient base for exploring Preveza since we had to drive to every beach. The owners came across as strict and moody, and that affected my review too.

The owners made us feel so welcome at Hotel Fotini in Mytikas, Preveza. Mrs. Fotini, Stavroula and Mr. Vasilis were kind, enthusiastic and always ready to help, with a smile. They shared useful tips and ideas for excursions around the area. We had a simple double room booked, but they offered us a larger one with a kitchenette and sink, which we really appreciated. It had a screen, a big table, sofa, wardrobes and shelves, so there was plenty of space to organize our things. The clean, bright room was on the first floor and had a large balcony with a table and drying rack, very handy for swimsuits and towels. The location worked well too: Monolithi beach is a 5-minute drive away, with free sunbeds in some organized sections. Mytikas village is 500 meters away, with a cafeteria, mini market and playground. Preveza is a 10-minute drive, near large supermarket chains and gas stations. Thanks for such lovely hospitality. I highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely visit again!

We were there a few days ago, and I’d gladly stay again. The room was spotless, and the owners were very kind and helpful. It’s in a great spot, only a few kilometers from Preveza, with the sea, several taverns and supermarkets all close by.
