The housekeeping team and the other staff were all wonderful, but I can't recommend this hotel or give it a high rating because of the owner's treatment of our family member with special needs. We were three people with two rooms booked for four days and four evenings: one double room and one room for someone with mobility issues. Before we even reached Lesvos, a phone call had already left us feeling that the owner was abrupt and rude. We arrived early on check-in day, expecting to wait for our rooms. Her greeting was cold and sarcastic, and she pushed us to settle the bill before we'd even entered them. The next morning was worse. Her behaviour felt unacceptable and unprofessional, and her discriminatory comments to our family member were cruel and hurtful. At breakfast, she watched what our family member put on her plate and continued making rude remarks, reducing her to tears and causing extreme distress. The comments were directed only at her, never made in front of other guests. When we tried to speak to the owner about it, she was nowhere to be found. She seemed to keep out of sight while we were there, and we kept missing her each morning. This happened every morning.

The rooms were clean and fresh, and the air conditioning worked extremely well. We even had to turn it off now and then in summer. The bathrooms were OK, though the shower curtain can be a bit challenging if you're not used to one. Breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was acceptable by Greek standards. The owner and staff were helpful with questions about the island and gave us advice. We had our own car, and the large parking area and hotel location made it easy to avoid inner-city traffic.

The hotel is very close to the sea, but there aren't any beaches nearby where you can swim, so you'll need a car or taxi to reach the nice beaches. It's a clean, pleasant and peaceful place, and the owners and staff are kind. Breakfast was good, and there's parking for cars. The centre is about a 40-minute walk away, or you can easily take a taxi, which costs around 6-7 euros.

A peaceful place not far from the city, especially suitable for families or anyone wanting a quieter stay. The owners were lovely and ready to help whenever needed. The rooms have been renovated and were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good.
