Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were spacious, tidy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and attentive. It was also just a five-minute drive to downtown, so the location worked perfectly. Thank you, Lorient Hotel.

The garden setting was peaceful, and the hotel is close to local attractions while still feeling tranquil. Our stay at Loriet Hotel was lovely from the warm, professional welcome onward. The place combines charm with modern comfort, and the rooms and shared areas were fresh, clean and thoughtfully maintained. Waking up to the views and quiet surroundings was a treat. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh local ingredients and flavors from the region. Maria and Mersini deserve special thanks for their kindness and attentiveness. They answered questions, recommended activities and made sure we were comfortable, always with a smile.

The mattress was much too hard and stiff, and I had to stretch my back every morning. I didn't sleep comfortably. The hotel itself is great, but breakfast could be improved with more meze, savory pastries and perhaps a Greek salad.

The gardens at Loriet Hotel are beautiful, and the surroundings in Lesbos are peaceful and scenic. Still, my stay fell short of what I expected. I paid over €75 for one person outside high season, but my room was in a back building rather than the main one, and it didn't fully match the online photos. The main building is only reception, with guests sent to newer buildings behind it. The hotel is also quite far from the city center, so expect about €19 a day in taxi fares. At arrival, I was asked to pay at the entrance without having been told there was a problem charging my card. I had to check my bank account afterward to make sure nothing had gone wrong. Check-in felt disorganized too. I was travelling with others, and one of us was upgraded without any consultation or explanation, which made the arrangement feel unfair. Room quality and sleep comfort were below expectations. I also had trouble with the hot water, and reception didn't pick up when I called. Communication before arrival, a more welcoming and organized reception for groups, and clearer, more respectful explanations of upgrades would help. Calls from rooms in the more remote parts of the property also need a quicker response. With better communication and room quality, the hotel could offer a much better stay. I hope the feedback helps, and wish them continued success.
