The reception team, Tanya, Katharina and Elena, really made both of my stays feel welcoming and comfortable. They’re attentive, lovely to talk with, and clearly care about how guests are doing. A chat with Tanya especially left me laughing and in great spirits. I stayed three nights in September 2025, then came back for a month in February 2026, and the place was clean, modern and efficient throughout. Thanks for such a good time!

The only small drawback for me was hearing the music from downstairs or outside in my room. Earplugs took care of it, though. Otherwise, ISSA Lesvos was one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in over more than two years of travelling. The staff were kind, helpful and interested, and breakfast at MK's was nice. My room was spacious, with good beds and large lockers, and there were lockers available before check-in and after check-out too. The lounge was roomy, with free tea and coffee.

I had a really good stay at ISSA in early November. The rooms and shared spaces were well equipped and nicely organized, and the staff were friendly and helped with everything I needed. It may get noisy at night on weekends and holidays, so earplugs are handy. Definitely recommend it!

We had such a caring welcome from Elena and the staff handling reception and room upkeep. The building and rooms felt homely, with useful amenities and a convenient location that added a lot to our restful trip to beautiful Mytilene. My family loved our stay, and we’re really keen to come back. For our first trip to Greece, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Mytilini’s beautiful little lanes are where this place is tucked away. Our room looked lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back before long.
