The staff are what make this boutique hotel shine. Irene, Maria, Kristina, Katerina and Litsa gave us truly amazing five-star service, always with a smile, and made wonderful vacation memories for us. They treated our daughter like a princess, and she had a spectacular time. We had room 102, and it was perfect. The old mansion has been renovated with very high ceilings and ornately decorated, luxurious rooms. It’s in the best possible spot in Nafplio’s old town, bar none. The restaurant was superb, and the fresh breakfast was included and amazing. We had it for all 12 days and never got tired of it. Truly an outstanding boutique hotel.

The breakfast was out of this world, fresh and delicious, with no extra charge, and they let us order as much as we wanted. We had a very comfortable one-night stay, with a clean, updated room, a good quality bed, a large soaking tub and free cold water. I’d stay again, though it may not suit light sleepers. The bar downstairs played loud music until around midnight even though it wasn’t very busy, and cigarette smoke seemed to come through the windows or vents, though I’m not sure which.

We didn’t stay overnight, but enjoyed the food and wine in the great dining room, and the service was very good. The awkward part came at the end of the event, when they started opening umbrellas for the next morning before we’d finished our drinks.

Irene and the other ladies deserve a special thanks. We made it to the canal of Korinthe, Irene, and it was really nice to see! We loved staying at this beautiful hotel, especially the lovely rooms and great breakfast. The orange juice was the best. Hope we can come back!
