Each room has a big terrace, and the outdoor breakfast area has the same beautiful view over the town below, the sea, and the mountains. It was so relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were very helpful, sharing all the information we needed. A very comfortable base for a holiday in Nafplio and for seeing the many nearby sights. Highly recommended.

It’s set on a hill above the valley where Nafplio sits, with a peaceful feel. The morning wake-up was just sunshine and birds. Rooms are lovely, clean, spacious, and modern, and breakfast has a huge spread of delicious homemade food. If you’d rather avoid the noise and bustle of the old town’s small rooms, this place is worth considering.

We stayed for a week and found the place very clean, nicely decorated, and full of spots to sit and relax. The couple who run it were attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable, offering useful tips and recommendations. When I felt unwell, he even made me a special potion to help. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with plenty of choices and new items each day. Our room was spacious, with a small kitchenette, coffee machine, seating area, and everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, but the best feature was the balcony facing the gulf and Palamidiou Castle. For that view, book a second-floor mini suite. The location is quiet enough to recharge, yet close to everything: 1.5 km or about 3 minutes by car from Nafplio’s center, and 3 minutes the other way to Karathona beach, which we thought was easily the best in the area. We highly recommend it if you want a peaceful, welcoming place.

Rena was a very kind host and shared all the information we needed for our stay. The suites are comfortable, with very large balconies and lovely views of Palamidi Castle, Argolic Bay, and Nafplion. The hotel is on the main road, 1.8 km from the beautiful city center and 2 km from Karathona beach. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, served either on the room balcony or on the specially arranged hotel terrace. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh linen and towels. The courtyard is nicely decorated, with lots of places to relax and a very large parking area. Don’t miss Elaion Mini Suites if you’re in the area!
