Opal Executive Suites

Maria at reception was a real star. She helped us with dinner reservations and brought our breakfast, which we had ordered on the room iPad the night before. The place was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed staying here. It's a short walk from the old town, but far enough from its busy area to feel calmer. The walk back takes about 15 minutes. We visited during Easter, so having dinner reservations was a good idea. I'd imagine that could be useful during the busy season too.

Breakfast came to our balcony and was really tasty, and we left with a lovely farewell gift. The staff were friendly and hospitable, and they acknowledged the special occasion we'd mentioned. The hotel has a clean, very modern look, and we enjoyed our one-night stay. The church nearby rang its bells at 7am and woke us up. This was also the most expensive night of our Greece trip, even though the other places we stayed were just as nice. Maybe this area usually costs more. We still gave it five points because we had an enjoyable stay.

The staff were warm and welcoming when we arrived on a rainy night, and even offered umbrellas after we realized we'd forgotten to pack one. Our room was spotless and pleasantly warm despite the cold outside, with high-end furnishings and a modern design. The stone feature wall was absolutely stunning. The hotel looks over the town from a slight hill, just a few minutes from the local town. We'll definitely make another trip.

Breakfast on our balcony overlooking the mountains was priceless. Opal is on a quiet residential street, but everything is within walking distance. The room was immaculately clean and the staff went above and beyond to look after us. It was the best place we stayed during our 10-day tour of Greece. Absolutely a must stay, and I highly recommend it.
