Zeus Apartment Nafplio 60m2

The owners were great to communicate with, and the house was amazing, clean, and nicely furnished. Such a good location too. It’s been a pleasure, thanks again, guys. I’ll definitely come back!

Great value for money, with a lovely, very clean house that had all the comforts we needed. The location was great and the owners were very friendly. Thanks for everything 🙏🔝

Really nice, thank you!

We’re sorry, but we can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for safety and responsibility. We parked as the owner's mother instructed, in an area that was supposed to be safe, and our new car was significantly damaged. The owner was initially willing to help, but then shifted responsibility to Booking. Booking gave us 60€, which doesn’t cover even a quarter of the 250€ damage. The accommodation showed no willingness to cooperate or resolve the matter, and offered no real support or responsible response. We acted with complete respect as guests, so it felt offensive to have our account questioned. This attitude wasn’t worthy of the trust or money guests pay. We’re sorry for your offensive and untrue response. Our criticism is only about how the damage to our new car, in the accommodation parking lot, was handled. We used the lot according to your mother's instructions. Instead of meaningful cooperation, we got disparaging descriptions and blame shifting. Fortunately, some neighbors showed more interest than you did. We repeat, we’re criticizing only the handling of this incident. Everything else, especially the lies and insults with unfounded descriptions, only exposes you. Being willing to cooperate in a situation like this is professionalism, not an attack.
