Dellagio Naoussa made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, thanks to the warm, genuine welcome. The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help with anything, from restaurant suggestions to arranging trips nearby. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. I also really appreciated the peaceful feel of the hotel. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh local products each morning. It’s close to the centre of Naoussa, but in a quiet area that’s great for a stroll or exploring. A wonderful mix of comfort, elegance, and real Greek hospitality. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Dellagio Naoussa, and we’ll definitely come back.

We visited in October with a swimming team from Germany, and Mrs. Vaso did everything she could to make our group’s stay pleasant. The rooms were cleaned daily, the food was good, and the location was excellent. The staff’s hospitality felt one of a kind. Looking forward to staying again!

The room was clean and nicely decorated, but the bed was so uncomfortable I got no sleep and my back was killing me. In room 102, the mattress was really just a low plank of wood, with no foam or sponge on top. Please change it or add a foam layer. Breakfast was average. 1/5.

There’s a lovely park right opposite this well situated three-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, with interesting interior design, and the price includes several breakfast choices. The staff were very helpful.

I stopped by the hotel’s ground-floor cafe bar today and was pleasantly surprised by how good the cappuccino was. Delicious coffee, cozy atmosphere, and great service in a central location.
