The staff are what keep bringing me back in my thoughts. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The whole place felt peaceful and almost dreamlike, with beautifully designed, spotless rooms and luxurious amenities. Food and drinks made with local ingredients were another highlight, and every detail seemed carefully considered. We travel often and have stayed in plenty of lovely hotels, but 18 Grapes Hotel has become my favorite anywhere. We loved our time there and are already looking forward to returning.

Breakfast was one of the best parts of each morning, fresh, local, and nicely presented. We also spent time at the serene infinity pool, where the privacy and service felt well balanced. Our suite was spacious and spotless, with a private heated pool and a very comfortable bed. The room was thoughtfully designed, though the original description of the attention to detail was left unfinished. The staff made everything feel personal from the start, and the hotel's elegance and beautiful surroundings made a strong impression. Naxos Town is reachable by local bus, and the beach is about a minute away on foot.

The beach and several great restaurants are close by, and the hotel is conveniently placed, about a 10-minute drive from the port and a short drive from many of Naxos's must-see sights. We loved the incredible food, welcoming people, beautiful views, and the hotel itself. I'd give it 10 out of 5 if I could. A must for a visit to Naxos.

The vineyard visit was a real highlight, with a private tour and a chance to meet the owner of the hotel, vineyard, and restaurant. Yamas! The staff took time to look after our needs, and both the rooms and service were exemplary. It's a tiny boutique hotel with standards that matched any five-star chain, but the experience felt truly unique. We loved every part of the hotel and island.

We were so unhappy that we left early and paid extra to stay somewhere else. We asked to leave as soon as we arrived because the property didn't match its advertising, but after a lot of back and forth the staff refused to shorten our booking. When we raised our concerns, they acted as if they didn't understand, even though my husband speaks Greek. The customer service was terrible. The room had no proper privacy curtain and looked straight onto the common area. There was sewage at the entrance and behind our room. The hotel sits on a busy road among abandoned buildings, with little scenery, and the amenities were small, lackluster, and in need of an upgrade. We've traveled extensively in Greece, and this was by far the worst hotel of our seven summers on the islands. It isn't five-star, three-star at best. We've stayed in five-star hotels in Mykonos for less. Very disappointing.
