Sofia was lovely, and the front patio looks out toward the beach, which is almost across the road. Town's main area is a 5-10 minute walk, and the ferry port is about 15 minutes away. The air conditioning worked well and the water pressure was great. I just wish the beds had been more comfortable, or had mattress pads.

We had such a good stay, with the beach just a minute away on foot and the city reachable in about 5-10 minutes. The port is close too, so walking over from the ferry with luggage is definitely doable. Sophia, our host, was very friendly.

The location is the real highlight, right by the beach and around a 15 minute walk from the port. The room was cleaned daily, and the hostess was very nice. We had a balcony, plus access to an upper shared terrace with pleasant views. The studio itself was nice, though a bit pricey for what you get.

I found what I was hoping for and then some: a budget studio downtown, close to a beautiful beach, with a friendly host and a place to park my car. The huge terrace overlooking the beach was a bonus, and gave my child room to play instead of being stuck inside or on a small balcony. My only downside was the stairs to the rooms, since there’s no lift.

We were there for 8 days in September 2022, and would gladly return. The owners are really nice, everything is kept tidy and clean, and the beach is very close. Naxos town center is just a short walk away. There’s a lovely view from the large shared terrace in front of the studios, and another shared roof terrace with a couple of sunbeds.
