Mama's Rooms

The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the apartment was kept really clean. It was cheap and very good value. This is one of the last traditional Greek apartments in Naxos, and I'd definitely stay again.

The owners were super nice and offered useful suggestions, making sure I had what I needed. Mama’s rooms was great value for the price, and the room itself was good. It was also convenient for reaching the good restaurants in town. There's a lovely view from the terrace upstairs, which made the stay especially worthwhile. I can recommend it.

The location made it easy to explore the city, old town and harbour, and there was a tasty Greek restaurant with generous portions just around the corner, taverna mapu. We had a lovely balcony with a wonderful view over the city, nice in the morning and evening. The owner and everyone else were so friendly and helpful. They let us use the kitchen and its items, offered fresh fruit every day, and often kept us company while teaching us their language and explaining their culture. The room was lovely, and we had a perfect stay. I really recommend this hotel!

They scammed me! They told me to cancel through Booking, and then they got my money because I had cancelled. When I explained that and asked for a refund, they said I was causing trouble and kicked me out. It was the first day of our trip in Naxos, so we had to search for a room, and they took new guests straight away!
